We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Peer-Review PRO operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through our checkout process and are non-refundable once a review has been initiated. Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing credits, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Credits are consumed when a review is successfully completed and saved. If a technical error on our end prevents a review from completing, credits will not be deducted. We do not offer refunds for successfully delivered reviews. For billing disputes, contact support@peerreviewpro.com.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain full ownership of all manuscripts and content you submit to Peer-Review PRO. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering your review.
The PRISM© framework (Publication-Ready Intelligence for Scholarly Manuscripts), built on the HAIST© Human-AI Symbiotic Theory methodology, review outputs, platform design, and all other Peer-Review PRO intellectual property are owned by Symbiotic Scholar. You may use your review output for personal academic and publication purposes but may not resell or redistribute it.
QuickCheck Reviews are generated by artificial intelligence using the PRISM© framework. While we have designed the system to provide high-quality, evidence-anchored feedback aligned with journal publication standards, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Review output should be used as a supplementary tool and does not constitute a guarantee of publication acceptance.
We do not guarantee that following our review feedback will result in acceptance by any specific journal or publication. Users are responsible for verifying feedback with their co-authors, advisors, and discipline-specific experts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Symbiotic Scholar and Peer-Review PRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 90 days preceding the claim.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits at the time of termination due to policy violations will not be refunded.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Connecticut.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
